Viktor Chernilevsky was born in Ukraine in July 19, 1958. In 1981,he graduated from Lvov Academy of Arts, the faculty of the Interior Design and Equipment . Since 1981 he lives and works in Chelyabinsk, Russia, and is a member of the Russian Artists Union.

In the autumn of 1994 I had new ideas which have rendered on me strong impression. I have made a number of sketches, and 1997 tried to implement them. But I haven’t realized it. And since 2006 I have started to find the necessary art techniques.
