"Geoff Bunn (born April 14, 1963) is a British artist and philosopher. He is difficult to categorize as an artist and has a strange Jekyll and Hyde approach to the art world; working as both a "traditional painter" and as a Conceptual artist. Despite working in these two areas, Bunn is, in certain respects, fundamentally opposed to both.... He rejects the traditional art gallery and idea of an art exhibition on the grounds that it makes art elitist and irrelevant. And he rejects most of what Conceptualism stands for or has achieved. Some of his most recent work is based in new media and has the primary intention of "poking fun at" the art establishment".
